Company Profile

GLE Estates was formed in 1982 by Paul Ellis and his son Jeff, initially undertaking property renovation and conversion work.

Jeff Ellis now runs the company and is involved with the acquisition of land/properties for conversion, layout design, specification and management of sites on an on going basis.

The company is able to offer customers a personal service with flexibility in design to meet individual needs and sees its future in continuing to provide high quality homes on select Development sites throughout the greater York and North Yorkshire area.

GLE Estates is registered with the NHBC, so all homes come with a 10 year Buildmark Insurance.

All our construction work is carried out by our sister company Harriman Homes Ltd and Architectural Design by Design Services Unit Ltd
